The irs sent me information I need to send back in ,it’s been 5 weeks sence I turned it in how will I no if they received it or when will I get my refund

It can take up to 9 weeks for the IRS to process that information and release your refund. You can call the IRS and ask them if they received the information, what else they might need, and when the refund will be released.
