The IRS sent me a letter to fill out a 8962. Line 26 on the 8962 tells to write an amount there and on line 70 of my 1040. My 1040 does not have line 70. What do I do?

Line 26 on Form 8962 tells you to enter the amount on Schedule 5 (Form 1040) line 70.  The line is confusing in the way it is worded but you will enter the info on Schedule 5.  I have included a screenshot of line 26 that may be useful to you.

I don't see an option for me to share with you my screenshot. My 1040 jumps from line 64 to line 71. There is no line 70.
