The IRS sent me a letter that my 2014 taxes were never received, yet I paid to have them done through Turbo Tax. I have a copy of them in Turbo Tax. How do I get them sent to the IRS?

Paying the account fees for the TurboTax software to assist in completing your self-prepared tax return does not mean the tax return was filed with the IRS. You must go through the File section of the program and click on the Transmit Return button to e-file the tax return. After that you would have received two emails from TurboTax. The first email when the tax return was e-filed and acknowledging the transmission. The second email when the tax return was either accepted or rejected by the IRS.
Print, sign and date the tax return. Mail the tax return to the IRS to include all W-2's and Form 1099's which have federal taxes withheld. Use this IRS website for the address, with or without a payment, click on your state - https://www.irs.gov/uac/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
