The IRS sent back my amended return and I dont know how to fix what they are asking

What did they ask you to do? Did you forget to sign it?

form 8863 they want lines 7 to support line 15  on page 2

yes, I did my return with turbo tax, mailed it in and then realized there was the college money I paid (first time I have a child in college) so did an amended form and they mailed it back saying they needed more information On their 8009-A form they checked number three that says Complete the forms or schedule listed below, to support your entry on the lines shown on your Form 1040X. Then they auto filled"Form or Schedule 8863 pg2 to support line 7" and then another line "Form or Schedule 8863 pg2 to support line 15"

when amending you must include forms that changed, and forms that appear due to your changes.

Form 8863 is a multi-page form required for tuition and education credits.

Reprint your tax return to extract those forms
Follow the instructions in the letter for what to resubmit.
