The IRS says they sent my refund to my bank electronically 15 days ago. It still doesn't show up. The bank says they didn't get it, and IRS isn't taking calls. Ideas?

It should not take more than 5 days for the bank to process your refund. Did you use your refund to pay for any TurboTax fees? If so, you may want to check your refund transfer status. You can do that by clicking here.

I did not. And I confirmed that the routing and account numbers were correct. I tried to call the IRS, but they were not accepting calls.
