What do you mean by "didn't receive my taxes?"
Does that mean the IRS didn't receive your 2017 tax return, or they didn't receive a payment of taxes due, or both?
How did you file--by efile, or did you print and mail?
If you efiled, and the IRS didn't receive it, your return may have rejected. Here's how to check:
Did you use Online TurboTax? If so, log in and in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", choose tax year 2017. What is shown for "return status" of your Federal return (and state, if applicable.)?
yes i never received by tax refund did turbo tax submit it?
@quincyharvey Are you the original poster? Are you asking about 2017 or 2018? Did you use the Online version or the Desktop program?
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
For 2018 you can check if your efile went through. Was your return Accepted? Double check your efile status here
