The 1040x(2019) has been approved according to the irs website. when will i be able to amend using turbotax?

The IRS is not the holdup at this point, the updated 1040X has been available on their website for a couple of weeks (approx).  When will TURBOTAX stop their holdup and fix this?

The holdup is the IRS.  They have not released the 1040X instructions for tax year 2018.

IRS Form 1040X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return is estimated to be available on 02/22/19

The tax return should not be amended until the tax refund has been received from the IRS.
