The IRS is holding my refund because TurboTax didn't send in verification for one of my W2's. I need to talk to a real person and can't. What do I do?? I need my taxes!!!

TurboTax cannot verify the tax data you enter from a W-2 or from a W-2 that is imported is correct.

What do you mean TT did not send in verification for one of your W-2's?  ALL of your W-2's were supposed to be entered on the SAME tax return.  If you did not do that, that is your own user error.  Did you e-file without entering all of them, and then think you added one later by putting it into the software?  That would not have worked.

So what actually happened?

FYI ... even if you entered the verification code from all the W-2 forms into the program and they are sent to the IRS they can still stop the process while they confirm the info against the info they get from the employer ... it is most likely the employer did not send in the info timely or correctly and it has nothing to do with what you sent in at all. There is nothing you can do until the IRS has confirmed the W-2 info and they are satisfied to release the refund.
