The IRS claims that I did not file for tax year 2013. Honestly, I do not remember. I would like to either find proof that I filed, or to actually file for that year now.

You would have to check your own records to see if you filed. If you filed through TurboTax, you may have received an email that your return was accepted. If you were do a refund, you may see a bank record for when it was deposited to your account, or for when payment to the IRS was made, if you had a balance due. 

But it's more likely that you never filed. You can file using TurboTax, but you have to purchase our past year products HERE, and then print the return out and mail it.
