Go back to the original entries. Here's how:

  1. Sign into your return, and select "take me to my return"
  2. On the upper right, select "search" and type "hsa"
  3. Select "jump to HSA"
  4. Continue through to answer questions about your situation, you will eventually see "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did xxxx have 2017?"
