Online login did not show my 2022 TurboTax at all. I loaded the app on my computer using the CD. The fix ended up being for me to exit TurboTax then restart the app. The odd thing was that normally I’d do that by clicking on the tax file that had been made. This I did twice and both times it resulted in an error when trying to get the most recent updates. I then started the app and got a popup that detected the problem and wanted me to submit it to for diagnostics but before I got that far the popup closed so I started the app again and finally got the update step to complete. No updates were found, as expected. I then did the step through again but since each phase had been completed I only had to click Continue for each. The last step was eFiling and that finally went through for both the Federal and State returns. They’ve both been accepted as well so all good. While doing the restart I got a hold of Tech Support on the phone. That assistant said others have had this problem as well.
