The bank or IRS denied my direct deposit and "where's my refund" site for IRS says my mailed refund will be sent on March 9th, and should be here April 6th? Should it really be that long?

Also, my State was denied the 21st of February, not recieved yet

It can take up to three weeks (counting business days) but generally does arrive sooner than that.  It will depend on how quickly they process the paper check refund batches and how quickly the United States Postal Service delivers your check.
