The amount of the deposit in my account didn't match the amount Turbotax said I should be getting. Any chance there will be multiple deposits?Anyone else have this issue?

Federal or State?  They come separately.  Did you have TT fees deducted from Federal?  If the government made an adjustment and/or offset to your return, they will mail you as letter. They do not notify TT.

On rare occasions, they will issue a partial refund while they review another portion of your filing.  But you'll get a letter for that as well.

Thanks. Federal. Yeah the TT charges came out, which I was expecting, but it's still not all there.
