Estimates and other taxes paid shows 746,533 after last update very wrong

that's always a user entry error.

for some entry like 7400.33 you entered 7400comma33. That turned into 740033 as soon as you left that box.

To find out where it is, 

1)  switch to Forms Mode

2) In the left window, find and click on the "Tax Payments" worksheet.

3) scan down every thing on that page to find the HUGE number(s) that indicate what form types the entry was made on..then go to those forms and correct the bad entry.
