Hi I have problems, irs take way $4200.00 dollares from my taxes, supposedly I have a refund offset? How can i fix this?? I've never had problems and I do not think I owe

If you believe you do not owe the debt or you want to dispute the amount taken from your refund, you should contact the agency that received the offset amount.
