They said IRS won’t accept tax returns until January 29 but my tax return was accepted today, what does this mean? Is this ok? I’m guessing it is.

It's perfectly okay.  The IRS is accepting some returns early to test their system, just as they do every year.  They still won't fully process these returns until 1/29.
