I need too know if after I print my paper work do I need to send it my self or was it send by your company

TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.  If you did not e-file it, then you have to mail it yourself.  IF you e-filed and it was accepted, then it is not necessary to mail anything unless the IRS/state requests additional information from you.  But if you are choosing to file by mail, then you are the one who has to mail it.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

What paper work do I need to send and to what address

w-2s if any and any other form with federal withholding.  as to the tax forms, we can't see your return so don't know what forms and schedules it contains.  if there's a state return same

however when you go to print there should be an option to print "all official forms required for filing".  also included with this is TT instructions for where to file.   you do not send in these filing instructions.  

why not efile - if you're getting reject codes post them here  and we may be able to help.  if it is an AGI issue, try using $0
