Tax Year Prior to 2020: I received a 1099-m for money I never received

I received a 1099-m from a credit card company today. I never received a check from them so do I need to claim this on my taxes?

If it has your social security number on it, it is reported to the IRS under your social.  If this isn't correct, you will definitely need to contact the credit card company find out why it was sent to you or to fix the error.  If not, the IRS will be expecting to see it on your tax return.
