Tax topic 152 isn't that how you receive a refund? Im stuck on still processing even though my taxes where accepted on 2/21/2018. Anything i can do besides wait?

thanks I hope this is true. My neighbor filed on 2/23/2018 and has already been approved. she claimed her child. I'm hoping Wednesday that the update will return.
I have never had this happen. the wmr bars went missing and says processing. but has topic 152. I hope I am not under review and that its just taking a little longer.
