Tax return was less than what the IRS said it sent

My tax return is around $800 less than what the IRS said was sent. They sent $7446 I only got $6600 something. Turbo tax where is the rest of my return? This is getting out of hand and may even convince me to file my taxes elsewhere. There's no reason all these people, myself included, should have chunks of money missing once it left your bank.

 A refund may be smaller than expected for one of two reasons:

• Customers who opt to pay their TurboTax fees by deducting them from their federal tax refund may notice a small service charge. You can find out more in this help article: What is Refund Processing Service? For questions about your refund (if you used Pay with Refund) you can contact SBTPG via their secure website.

• The IRS may issue a smaller refund because of an adjustment or refund offset. If this is the case, you will receive an explanatory letter from the IRS. For more information, please see: Why is my direct-deposited refund or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?

Neither one of these are the reason my return was shorted $730. Please stop posting this generic information that we all already know about. This is NOT why any of us are here complaining. Instead of wasting time posting this over and over how about you and other employees help us resolve this issue and get our money back.

There could be several reasons why a person's refund is less than expected. Since we do not have access to see anyone's return, we can only provide general helpful information. 

If you chose the Refund Transfer service, you'll get an email message from us shortly letting you know when to expect the rest of your refund.
