It will remain Pending until the IRS starts accepting 2017 tax returns on and after January 29. You will receive an email from TurboTax when your tax return has either been accepted or rejected by the IRS.

I filed & my refund amount was given to me, but when I submitted my taxes it is stating that it is pending & the refund amount says zero dollars. Is this normal?
