tax refund "issued" buy not received by me

hello, I filed my taxes through TurboTax/ Credit Karma.

I had originally selected to have my refund put in my Credit Karma Spend account. My refund was delayed, and my Credit Karma account was closed by them (not me) in the meantime. Now, the IRS is saying that my refund was issued and to contact my bank if I haven't received. I haves NOT received! Please help.

Since the bank account is closed the bank will reject the direct deposit of the federal tax refund and it will be returned to the IRS.  The IRS will then mail a refund check to the address on the tax return.  This process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after the IRS receives the refund back from the bank and then mails the refund check.
