My federal and state taxes were accepted through Turbo Tax but only Federal was removed from my bank account. Do I have to pay my state separately from TurboTax? I thought TurboTax would take care of both.
I am worried that my stimulus check won't come if it says I owe money.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

Paying your state tax has nothing to do with receiving your stimulus check from the IRS. They are unrelated.
TT does not pay your taxes for you. All it does is forward your payment info to the IRS and State, who are then responsible for pulling the payments. Not all states even let it be done this way, so check your state filing to see.
