I efiled my tax return and was to have a payment taken out for both State and Federal taxes on 4/5/22. Just got my bank statement and they were not deducted from my account. Has it been filed?

Did you go through the File section all the way to the end until you click on the Transmit Button? You can check the status of your e-filed return, it will show if your returns have been accepted, rejected, or pending. The IRS is backlogged, so it is taking them allot longer to withdraw payments. As long as your return has been accepted by 4/18, you should be fine.
Has your return been accepted? If it has been accepted then only the IRS would know when they will debit your account.
Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you specify in TurboTax, assuming your e-filed return has already been accepted (received) by the IRS. If that date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the funds are typically withdrawn the next business day.
If you file right before (or on) the busy April 18, 2022 deadline, the IRS may not be able to debit your payment until after the deadline due to high e-filing volume. Additionally, it can take your bank another few days to post the debit to your account.
Don't worry. As long as you filed your return (or extension) on or before April 18, 2022, and you selected April 18, 2022 (or earlier) as your payment date, you won't get penalized for late payment.
If you still don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, call IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537 or for your State contact your state tax agency.
To check on your direct debit information, see the following:
Call IRS e-file Payment Services 24/7 at 1-888-353-4537 to inquire about or cancel your payment, but please wait 7 to 10 days after your return was accepted before calling. Cancellation requests must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET two business days prior to the scheduled payment date.
