Do you have more than one account? Often users forget how to access accounts and start over in a different one. Then if you go back to the "old" one it will tell you that you did not file.
Check your e-file status to see if you filed and if it was accepted:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

How you chose to receive the tax refund will be on the Filing Instructions page included with your tax return.
Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
I have only one acct. My bank is USAA Federal savings
Not sure which one of us you are trying to reply to. When I asked the original poster about checking his account I was referring your TurboTax online account--not your bank account. Some users start a return in an account, abandon it or forget how to access it, and start again in another account. So you could have been looking in the wrong TurboTax account if it said you did not finish filing.
Check your e-file status if you are not sure if your e-file was accepted.

And---if your e-file was accepted, DoninGA already told you how to check to see if you entered your banking information.
