System did not alert me that mom was missing from AZ form when the 1040 form has her. This would make my tax only $230 and not $308. Can Turbo Tax go in and add her?

You will have to file an amended tax return to add your Mom to your 2017 AZ tax return.  The link below has information that you may find useful.
