Are you trying to reply to a post?   This is the only post under your username.   Do you have a question?   Federal and state are completely separate.   Either refund can come first.   After Turbo Tax transmits your returns then they are done with their part.   Now only the IRS can tell you .  Were you having the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?
