Well Turbotax.... April 15th has come and gone and still no stimulus direct deposit. Called o e of your customer service reps today, and was told that the payment would go through on my turbocard by the end of the business day.
Logged on to the IRS website, entered my info, and the IRS says they do not have the information for a direct deposit for me.
So tell me..... which is it? Because I'm about to start drafting a press release and cite the stories of about 50 other people I know who have been lied to, given the runaround, ignored and just plain duped during one of the most difficult financial times of the past 100 years by a company who has profited off of that misery.
Please dont spout off another canned response, it only makes you look worse. At the very least have the integrity to say "I'm very sorry, we dont know, we messed up. What can we do to help solve the problem?"
I could live with that response, but your current position is one that is just going to send you deeper into the rabbit hole.
