It’s doing the same thing that the app is doing when I try to login online it let me login online but once is trying to bring the page up it just keep trying to connect so I’m not getting past the part where you enter your information and then push enter

I did not get mine on my turbo card. I only found out by checking the irs website the day my payment was due that they did not have bank info on me. So now who knows when I’ll get it.

I didn’t get mine either ! A lot of ppl did get theirs on the card. I’m guessing if you had fees & advance you aren’t getting it! I switched my DD info ! Screw them!

Haven't gotten mine either.  I have turbocard and had fees taken out.  Same routing and account numbers for turbocard as on my 1040.  Nobody answers the phone at TT, I am moving forward with civil suit as soon as court reopens.  YOU SUCK TURBOTAX! Never using tour service again and will advise everyone I k how not to use it.

@Cbowen5470 @If you have a different bank account you can enter it now on the irs it is up and running I had to do it this morning! I had to use my pay pal. PayPal uses Wells Fargo so I don’t know if you have one but you can use that if you do! I’m sooo irritated

@Kylajayy  @I couldn’t even log into turbo to check I just had to go to irs portal to check mine and it said it didn’t have enough info so I had to update it! This is ridiculous!

Mine dropped this morning but I used the free edition and have the turbo card. I had to try the website a couple times. Check the irs site the get my stimulus portal is up I wish you all luck
