We filed taxes on Feb 6th. We received the accepted text feb 6th at 10 pm. All or IRS.gov app says is received and it is being processed. No other info. No letters in the mail. All the numbers I call like the 1040 says the same thing and now with the COVID-19 no one is working. I really want to know what is going on. We are a family of 4 on 1 income. Nothing has changed except now the kids are under our health insurance and not Medicaid. So can anyone help us??????

I would suggest contacting the Taxpayer Advocate Service. I'm linking you to a webpage (from the IRS) that may help you. At the bottom of the page, you'll see telephone numbers to call if none of the printed answers help you out.

Thank you for the link. None of those options was helpful. We already received state so I know the direct deposit was correct as its been the same for years. Also we haven't received any information that they are reviewing or holding for any reason. We have got no help. I check daily and it says processing. I call every number been given to us and it either tells its been received and processing or that that are not open due to COVID 19 and cant help me at this time. Just doesn't make sense.
I am so sorry. The entire world is upside down right now. Other than the Taxpayer Advocate, I have nothing more to offer you that you haven't already tried.
