Still waiting on Colorado return

I'm still waiting on my Colorado refund. My return was accepted on Feb 7th and has been stuck on "processing". I already received my federal refund. Is this normal?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

How do I track my state refund?

I do not believe I signed my 1040, but mailed it. I don't know what to do. Should I ignore and wait to hear for IRS or should I send amended return and add signature?
