State refund what ido is trying to send refund to be add to next year . want refund now

When you are going through the state filing process, answer NO or 0 (depends on state) to the question 'How much would you like to apply to next year's 2018 estimates?'.  Image attached.  As long as you have not filed, you can sign back into your return and change your answer by going through the state tax return again.  

You can't go back and change this if your return has already been e-filed unless the return gets rejected for some reason.
