State refund not received but I got my federal refund over a month ago

I got my federal refund over a month ago and have been waiting on my state refund. Got an email Thursday that it’ll be there the following day and nothing since

It was an email from TurboTax it said you’re refund is on its way and it would take 1 business day so I assumed it was the state refund since I received my federal refund over a month before hand.

TT does not know when states issue refunds, so it might be a scam,
