Someone sent a letter to IRS from my home address (none of the family members). Could TurboTax do it?

Please explain----how do you know -- or what makes you think-- that someone sent a letter to the IRS from your home address? A letter that said what? TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so TT would not send any sort of letter to the IRS about you or for you.

Turbotax does not send letters to the IRS about its clients

either one of your family members is lying, or some unknown party sent it using your address.
