Somehow I wasn't able to receive state refund for 2020. Can I still receive it and how do I make revisions to my files if necessary?

I don't think so. I wasn't able to file application online (for the state) so I sent it through mail with necessary documents, but didn't hear back from them.

If you mailed a state tax return and did not get your refund you need to contact the state to see if they received the return.  If not, then you will need to mail it again.   Going forward---any time you mail a tax return--use a mailing service that tracks it--like certified mail---so you will know it was received.
