My state refund is missing from the card but I got the federal refund, will I get another card for my state refund?

You won't get another card for your State refund.  The Federal & State refund do not come at the same time & the come from two separate agencies.  States differ when they send out refunds.

Yes, once the state releases your refund, it will come on your card since you choose to have your refunds on your card.
