So where's my money

I'm hoping to get some advice stores maybe somebody could let me know what's going on okay I misplaced my card so I called my bank and I requested a new card after I did that I received an email from turbotag saying that my money was already deposited in my Green Dot account but the bank I called was go to bank so I don't know what bank it's going to go to so I called TurboTax and they said to call my bank and give them this number reference number whatever so I did and they said that that number wasn't good that they gave me the wrong number so I called them back and they said that I need to call the IRS so I called IRS and then they transferred me to their Santa Barbara office and then they transfer me to a different department and then they said that they couldn't give me any information because I paid extra to get it 5 days sooner and so I had to wait the 21 days for them to let me know anything and to call them back so I hung up and then I called them back because I wanted to talk to somebody like a live agent and all I was getting was recordings and then when I called back now they're saying oh that it'll be in my account on the 3rd but when I go online to the TurboTax it says they're sending me a check so I don't know but to do or what's going to happen if I'm getting a check or is he going to be on my card and what card never again will I use TurboTax again and another thing it says that I could file for free it's not free it chargied me more than $200 too

Sounds like you will be getting a check in the mail to the address on your return.
