How do I report lost or stolen prepaid card

There is something wrong with my card I have tried numerous times to use online system and to call number on back of card with no answer and no results this is insane I need to know where my stimulus payment will go since my card has some how became inactive without my consent and this is how I received my last stimulus payment. Turbo tax does not make this easy to speak to anyone.

The payment will go to the account you entered for direct deposit on the 2019 tax return.  If the account is closed the IRS will send the payment by mail or on a debit card.
