So my tax return has been accepted, what happens now?

The IRS has the tax return. They are now processing it.

The IRS says, "To check the status of a refund, taxpayers should use the

Where's My Refund? tool on IRS.gov."

You will need:

Social Security Number
Zip Code
Refund amount
