So, I'm trying to file an amended state tax return for WV. I received unemployment last year over the amount of 10,200. It's asking for Form IT-140, Line 24 and Line 23.

It says, "Overpayment previously refunded or credited (Form IT-140, line 24)" and the other says "Amount paid with original return (Form IT-140, line 23). But no other information about how to find them. I don't where to find this information so if anyone could assist me it would be much appreciated. West Virginia sent me a letter and I realized that the $10,200 tax exemption wasn't deducted automatically like it was on the federal return.
