So after the irs issues my refund does it come to TurboTax so the can take there fees then TurboTax sends it to me or is it sent to me directly from the irs????

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from you refund, your refund goes to the third party bank first.  That bank takes your fees out and sends the rest of the refund to your account.

Your tax refund is not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

So if they sent my refund and my bank denied the transaction and sent it back to them then what would u do from there???

@jimmiford If your bank refused the refund and sent it back to SBTPG, then you will be waiting for awhile;  it gets complicated.   The third party bank might mail you a check, or they might end up sending it back to the IRS, and then you will have to wait until the IRS issues and mails you a check.   Is the address on your tax return correct for you to receive a check in the mail?

You can call the third party bank---you already have the link provided to you above-- and ask what they are doing to send your refund.
