Since i filed my taxes by mail, am i able to get a refund from TurboTax?

Just curious if the fee paid to e-file will be refunded since i did not end up using the E-File option.

It is showing you’re using the Online version.  With the Online version there is no charge to e-file, the charges are for the returns.  The charge is the same whether you e-file or mail in a return.
