Should my status still say “Pending” after a week? I’ve used TurboTax for about 6 years and it changes to Accepted within a few days at the most.

The IRS is not processing tax returns until Jan. 28. In the mean time, yours is just sitting on the TurboTax server until the IRS grabs it. You may have heard that some people have been accepted. That's because the IRS will grab a few "testing" returns.
