Should i provide anything different to get the irs to approve my return?

got 2024 return, irs does not like the number on line 11. filing status still the same. filed in time 2024 and got my refund. 2025 keeps being rejected. why?

So are you saying you got a rejection message that the 2024 AGI is incorrect?

Since you said this is "MY return", for this answer I'll assume that you are not filing a joint return.  

 

If you are looking at your original 2024 return, and when you use the AGI shown on your 2024 Form 1040, Line 11, and you are getting rejected, it could be due to your AGI not being in the IRS database.   This can happen if you happened to have filed late in the year last year (however, you said you filed on time), but at other times there's simply no good explanation.    In any case, if the actual 2024 AGI is not working, try using an AGI of 0 and hopefully, that will be accepted.   It can't hurt to try.   Also see my next comment below.

ADDENDUM

 I'd try the AGI of 0 first.  If it still rejects when you re-submit using the 2024 AGI of 0, then you might consider checking your 2024 AGI in your online IRS account (if you have one or can establish one) to double-check what the IRS is showing for it.
