Should I file an amended return now or wait to see how the IRS responds to my e-file two days ago without the Self-Employed SE Form I file every year for SS and Medicare?

The form was not automatically included this year. I'm a minister. I never receive a refund and don't believe I should be receiving one this year either. Thanks for the advice!

I would prepare a Amended return as you are going to owe money for the SE tax.

The return with the check should be mailed by close of business Monday to avoid penalties and interest.
