Should I contact a specialist about my state refund.I haven’t received it yet.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

Turbotax never receives info about refunds. It can not contact the IRS or state on your behalf.
