If it's been less than 21 days since your efiled return was accepted, there's no way to know for sure. If it's been longer than 21 days, you can phone the IRS to inquire about the delay. You used the term "still." If the message at the IRS site uses the phrase "still being processed", then it may mean they have pulled the return for more investigation and processing, and could mean that there "could" be additional delay in your refund. But the IRS is the only one who will know what all they are doing with your return and why. If they need more info from you, they might send you a letter. Or it could be that they are just quite backlogged in anything that requires any manual review/processing.
If it's been longer than 21 days since your return was accepted, you can phone them, if you wish, to inquire about any delay.

That phone number is definitely for the IRS. See this IRS website for contacts - https://www.irs.gov/help/telephone-assistance
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
That is the correct number for the IRS; please see the confirmation here @lcastrolopez.
