As long as you filed on time, your taxes are considered as paying on time even if they have not been deducted from your account yet.  If you still don't see the debit 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, you should contact your state tax agency, to ask about your payment.

When will my tax payment go through?

You might also want to check your e-filed return has been accepted (no payment information goes through until the return is accepted.
