Should I be concerned with the lack of confirmation for the actual return. Thought I filed. I immediately sent it in 7/17/2020. Ok?

I thought I filed and paid b4 4/15. Today realized I hadn't. Only filed Fed & State estimates. Today actually efiled. Is this excusable error.

Conformation would be the accepted email that you should receive showing that the IRS received and accepted the return.
