Should I be concerned if I have not received my refund yet? I submitted 2/12/2021, and IRS states still processing.

The IRS did not officially open for returns until Feb 12, 2021.

You can track your refund by checking the Where's My Refund website here

If it has been longer than 21 days, you can also try to contact the IRS by clicking here

@shaneconway2011, we understand these are challenging times and we are committed to provide you the most up to date information we have. If something was wrong, you would definitely receive a letter or some form of communication from the IRS letting you know.

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven't received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to the IRS to find out more about the delay.
